The deceased was Md Sujon Miah, 36, son of Md Mosharraf Hossain of Gobindanagar.
RAB-11 police superintendent Enayet Mannan aforesaid, the elite force raided the world engaged on a tip once Sujon and his cohorts pink-slipped at RAB, resulting in a gunplay.
Later, RAB took bullet-hit Sujon to Munshiganj General Hospital wherever the medical practitioner declared him dead.
RAB confiscate a piece, 5 rounds of bullets, 1,000 yaba pills and Tk one,500 from the spot.
RAB officers aforesaid, Sujon was defendant in eleven drugs-related cases.
